Original Item. Only One Available. This is a very rare example of a Danish infantry tornister knapsack dating to the WWI / WWII era. The knapsack shows very heavy service wear with some damage and a field repair. The back is oilcloth with a good chunk of it missing. Both shoulder straps are retained but one looks to have a rigged hook replacement for one of the connection points.
The knapsack also has heavy damage to the leather trim. There are no markings we could find but there is a small white tag that likely had a name at one point. There is tearing in spots across the tornister as shown.
The design is similar to those used by the Germans during WWI and WWII.
