Original Item: Only one available. Here we have a great piece of World War II British Home front Anti-Axis propaganda, an ashtray caricature of German NSDAP leader Adolf H***er! This lovely painted ceramic ashtray is in New Old Stock (N.O.S.) condition, complete with the original paper label on the back, and measures approximately 4 3/4" x 3 7/8". It has an original complete instruction label on the back, indicating that you can strike matches on the mustache, use the "eye" to snuff out your cigarettes, and use the hair to store additional cigarettes.

The lower right rear gives the original manufacture information:

As far as we can tell, "NISHIDA" was a Japanese expatriate artist, and designed the ashtray, which was manufactured in the UK by T.R. Quilty Ltd. There is unfortunately not much more information that we were able to find.
