Original Item: Only One Available. This is quite rare. Any King William IVth flintlock is rare but this one is for a saddle carbine and features a slide safety and an "internal" frizzen spring. The Lock plate measures 5.5 inches overall. It is marked with crown W.R. on either side over TOWER and dated 1835.
Offered in fully functions fine shape, some old pitting on cock (hammer) but fully operational with correct internal maker markings. We’ve never offered one of these before and probably never will again.

Any attempt at restoring an antique gun to be operational is strongly discouraged and is done so at the risk of the customer.
