Original British 19th Century Military Copper Funnel Board of Ordnance Stamped

Original Item: Only One Available. A most interesting item, most likely used by the Royal Navy for possibly decanting wine, either from the barrel into a bottle or serving decanter.
The lip of the funnel heavily stamped with a Broad Arrow over B.O., indicating Military use from the Board of Ordnance. There is a small hole in the edge of the funnel presumably for hanging on a hook when not in use. This was recently acquired from a country house sale in the UK.
Measures 12 in height and 6 1/2" across the top of the funnel.
