This is a great cap from the 1950s worn by a member of the United Nation Forces. The cap is blue with a UN badge stitched to the front. There is a small tag on the interior reading:

This likely denotes it was produced in the UK. The grommets are in fair shape with some looseness and there is minor fraying of the material across the cap.
