Original Item. Only One Available. This is a scarce original Belgian Cold War M64 Super Energa 75mm HEAT, or High Explosive Anti-Tank, rifle grenade, completely inert and retaining both its original protective nose cap and separate sight. The Super Energa represented an improved, rocket-assisted development of the well-known ENERGA anti-tank rifle-grenade system and was intended to provide infantrymen with a lightweight means of engaging armored targets from standard service rifles.
Unloaded or dummy grenades, artillery shell casings, and similar devices, which are cut or drilled in a BATF-approved manner so that they cannot be used as ammunition components for destructive devices, are not considered NFA weapons. This example is in total compliance and is NOT AVAILABLE FOR EXPORT.
This example is well-stenciled:
SUP AT GR 75
RFL 7,62
M64
LOT 1 MPA 66
INERT
The round retains the original nose cap that covers the fuze and the interesting front sight that snaps into the tail assembly of the round. The round measures roughly 18” long with the nose cap on.
The combination of the SUP AT GR 75, RFL 7,62, M64, LOT 1 MPA 66, and INERT stencil markings, together with the original nose cap and sight, makes this a notably complete example of the Belgian Super Energa system. Its rocket-assisted HEAT design represents the final development of a rifle-grenade concept that saw widespread use among Western and NATO-aligned forces during the early and middle Cold War.
