This is a great Austro-Hungarian ersatz issue bayonet frog meant to be used with captured French M1892/16 bayonets. 


    The frog has a black leather base layer with two sets of three rivets securing the belt loop. The added top layer is brown leather and was designed to fit the French M1892/16 bayonet with a slit for the crossbar.


    The frog measures 8 ½ x 4 ⅛”. Ready for display!
