  • Original Item: Only One Available. This rather awkward and unbalanced Percussion pistol was "home made," in that it was assembled from a genuine trade lock and part of a military barrel. It was then put together with whatever came to hand in some forest cabin or where ever. Large caliber, maybe intended for a surprise visit by a bear, this would have a kick like a horse.

Dating to the 1830s or 1840s, this is about as ugly as it gets, but then sometimes the ugly ones are what we end up liking the most. Ready to display!
