  • Original Item: Only One Available. This is totally untouched and uncleaned after over one hundred years lost in an attic of one of England's Victorian mansions. Totally dark in color, missing a sliver of wood under the lock, which is all there and missing its trigger guard. This is/was a fine flintlock holster pistol circa 1800 from the OTTOMAN Empire which we know today as Turkey. Today it is in rather rough "attic find" condition, missing one of the lock screws, but with a great patina of age.

Unusually made to carry a ram rod, not present the black wood stock is extensively carved. Most attractive, a great clean and restore project for the enthusiast or to display as it is.

This is exactly what was carried by the North African BARBARY PIRATES circa 1800 or anywhere else in the Mediterranean Sea which was largely surrounded by the Ottoman Empire.
