  • Original Item: Only One Available. This is a very nice light canvas National Flag from the Southeast Asian country of Malaysia. It measures 36 x 85 inches, and is made of an almost gauze-like light canvas, which would fly quite well in heavy winds. It is lightweight, and only has a thin halyard rope to secure it.


    It has the expected age toning from being close to 50 years of age, but is in overall very good condition. This style of flag was introduced in 1963 at the founding of Malaysia as a country, replacing the very similar flag of the Federation of Malaya, which had fewer stripes and rays on the star. The fourteen strips and rays on the star represent the various areas of the country.
