This is a very well-made reproduction pair of German WWII-style MP 38/40 tropical magazine pouches, constructed from original period fabric and assembled to closely follow wartime specifications. The pouches themselves are reproductions and have been intentionally aged to give them the appearance of heavily used original equipment.

The pouches are each stamped MP38-40 on the back and each retain the two leather straps on the back along with the ring & strap.

All six pouches retain their leather strap and knobs. The set has been aged artificially to make it look original, but it is a reproduction set made from real period fabric.

This set is especially noteworthy for the combination of its original period fabric, correct six-pocket MP 38/40 configuration, complete leather retention straps and hardware, rear MP38-40 markings, and deliberately aged finish.
