  • High Quality Reproduction Item. Only One Set Available. This is a very well-made reproduction of the German WWII six-cell magazine pouch for the MP38 and MP40 submachine guns, constructed using original period fabric and assembled to closely follow wartime form and construction. The pouch itself is reproduction-made and has been intentionally aged to resemble heavily used original equipment.

These distinctive six-cell, or “6 pack,” pouches are most commonly associated with Fallschirmjäger use, though they were also employed in armored vehicles and other contexts where multiple MP38 or MP40 magazines needed to be carried together. Many German armored fighting vehicles and SPWs incorporated dedicated storage arrangements for additional submachine-gun magazines, and this style of pouch is closely associated with that type of equipment stowage as well.

Both leather straps and knobs for securing are intact. The set has been aged artificially to make it look original, but it is a reproduction set made from real period fabric.

The combination of the six-cell MP38/MP40 configuration, original period fabric, intact leather securing straps and knobs, and carefully aged finish makes this an excellent display piece for a Fallschirmjäger, armored-vehicle, or German WWII field-equipment setup.
