Item Description
Original Item: Only One Available. Original WWII German Panzer Officer’s Feldgrau Uniform with Bottle-Green Collar, and Stonegrey Trousers. A very popular combination during the early years of World War Two. Beautiful Tailor-Made Uniform Tunic made by the North Rhine-Westphalia Tailor, Theodor Klupsch of Paderborn. Tunic is constructed of a fine Whipcord wool material with turnback French Cuffs with Bullion M-36 Eagle, Bullion Panzer Officer’s Litzen, and Bullion Panzer Major Shoulderboards. The Panzer Major was very well decorated, with several award loops: one for a ribbon bar, three on the left pocket (likely for a Iron Cross 1st Class, Wound Badge, and a Panzer Assault Badge), and one on the right pocket (likely for a German Cross in Gold). An Iron Cross Second Class Ribbon is affixed between the second and third buttonhole. The tunic exhibits some wear and small period repairs.
Trousers in Stonegrey “Steingrau” color in a satinet wool. They feature adjustment tabs with a friction buckle on each side of the waist. Trousers do exhibit some wear and small period repairs.
