  • Original Item: Set of two bayonets, one brass hilted the other steel hilted.

Brass- Colonial issue Brunswick brass hilted bayonet with knuckle guard, no scabbard available. For use with the Brunswick P-1837 Percussion Two Groove Infantry Rifle. May fit other rifles with similar attachment system (see photos), especially Brunswicks. Approximate Overall Length: 26.5 inches

Steel Hilted Bayonet- Nepalese Gurkha issue Brunswick steel hilted bayonet with knuckle guard, no scabbard available, for use with various Brunswick rifles. Each bayonet has engraving on the pommel and hand guard, most appear to be a lion (perhaps the Nepalese interpretation of the HEIC Logo) with intricate decoration.

    Approximate Overall Length: 26.5 inches

Over 150 years old, so will show age, but in overall good condition. May fit other rifles with similar attachment system (see photos).

Please be aware that all bayonets were specifically fitted to each gun when issued over 150 years ago, so some fitting will almost certainly be required to fit to your gun.
