  • New Made Item: Used mostly on formal occasions these are the correct all brass spike assemblies that replaced the standard "top button" on most every British 19th century  Pith Helmet. Just remove the large "top button" on your pith helmet and replace with this new made assembly to be ready for the ceremonial parade. It wasn't only the Germans who had Spiked Helmets, the British used nickel plated spike assemblies on blue cloth helmets and brass spike assemblies on Pith Helmets during the latter part of Queen Victoria's reign. Attaching screw not included.
