Newly Made Item: This is an exact copy of the final version of the Sten cocking handle, the Mk 5. This Mark includes an extension that allows the bolt to be locked in the forward position to prevent accidental discharges if the gun were to be dropped. The curvy shape of the external part of the handle was intended to let the gunner know immediately whether he or she had the latest handle.
