  • Original Item: Very few available. The rose top bobby helmet was the first of this classic police helmet ever to be issued back in Victorian England. Although still in use in some Constabularies most have been superseded by the "Ball Top" and then the "Comb Top" models. These particular helmets, show very little use, come complete with chin straps and have an impressive red and very deep green enameled county coat of arms, under a large Queen Elizabeth II Crown on the large Silver colored Helmet plate for the County of "Avon and Somerset". Extremely attractive the Rose Top Bobby Helmet has been the symbol of Law and Order in England for over 150 years. Few Only.
