Item Description
New Made Item: Officially adopted in 1917, this mirror was intended to be attached to the rifle bayonet with its integral bracket on the mirror's rear for observation purposes from trench positions. Heavy casualties had been sustained before these mirrors were issued. Complete with folding cover. These were also used in WWII by G.I.'s; Remember that scene in Saving Private Ryan?
