Original Item: Only One Available. This is an exceptional find for WWII enthusiasts - an inert M7A1 rocket as used for the U.S. 2.36 inch M1/M1A1 Bazooka. The rocket is a fascinating piece of history and features a warhead, a stabilizer tube with a counterweight, and a tail. This rocket played a crucial role in the U.S. military's efforts during WWII, and owning an original piece like this is a great way to connect with and appreciate the past.

Unloaded or dummy grenades, artillery shell casings, and similar devices, which are cut or drilled in an BATF-approved manner so that they cannot be used as ammunition components for destructive devices, are not considered NFA weapons. This rocket is completely inert and measures about 22 inches long. It's worth noting that unlike many similar rockets, this one has not been repainted in OD green but instead a patriotic red, white and blue. The warhead is detachable, and has a counterbalance attached. Additionally, the rocket bears various stamped letters but mostly obscured by the repaint.

It's also worth mentioning that the cone of the rocket is completely free of dents or any other type of damage. This is a good indication that the rocket has not been subjected to any significant physical stress, such as firing it at an intended target. The fins, while mostly undamaged, do show some signs of bending and paint loss.

This type of rocket is almost identical to the M6A1, with the only real difference being that the M7A1 lacks an explosive charge.

The M6A1 was the second projectile designed for the M1 and M1A1 bazooka family. The original M6 was notoriously unreliable, both with the launch and detonation. The M6A1 had improved fuze and ignition designs to help get rid of this problem. The rocket was eventually replaced with the round headed M6A3, which had a blunt head, which was intended to help prevent deflection off of armor.
