Original U.S. Vietnam War Era SUU-30 Aircraft Cluster Dummy Practice Bomb - 86 Inches

Item Description

This practice bomb is hollow, totally inert, and cannot be converted to a destructive device. Unloaded or dummy grenades, artillery shells, and similar devices, which are cut or drilled to BATF recommendations, so that they cannot be used as ammunition components for destructive devices, are not considered NFA weapons. Original Item: Only One Available. This is an American SUU-30 (B/B, B/H) Aircraft Cluster Dummy Practice Bomb, a submunition dispenser carried externally on aircraft for release in flight and are used to disperse anti-personnel and anti-material submunitions. It is is totally inert and has two blue painted bands around the nose and reads DUMMY in blue. It is hollow with an inert practice fuse. It measures approximately 86 inches in length with a diameter of 15 inches. It has the original data plate which reads:
