Item Description
Original Item: Only One Available. This is a World War Two Russian Soviet artillery uniform field jacket for the rank of Colonel. The jacket is constructed of thick wool with internal cotton lining. It features red wool piping, 5 button front, and single vented back. The brass buttons feature a hammer and sickle inside a pebbled star. The tunic has correct Colonel rank epaulets with crossed cannon pins for artillery. Collar features gilt bullion embroidered rank tabs with black velvet bases. Uniform has Soviet Russia USSR WWII Enameled Silver Order of the Red Banner Medal with maker markings and numbered 449744 on the reverse. Also attached is an enameled Soviet Army Order of Great Patriotic War (WW2) 2nd Class badge with with maker markings and numbered 2126850 on the reverse. Finally attached to the front on the uniform is an enamel Soviet Russian Red Army Guard Gvardiya Badge. Overall condition is excellent.
