This is a great lot of WWII personal rations commonly found in the kit of an American G.I. This lot has some great items that will definitely help spruce up your WWII G.I. display.
The lot includes:
- Sealed pack of “Assorted Charms” candy, heavy damage to exterior.
- Bar of Hershey’s Tropical Chocolate with wrapper ripped in half, but all contents put together and wrapped in plastic for display. Looks fine.
- Sealed piece of Wrigley’s P.K. gum, heavy damage.
- 3” ” Sealed tube of Malted Milk Tablets, 1 ounce. Beech-nut Packing.
- US Army Field Ration C B Unit, Biscuit, Confection, Beverage. Appears sealed and biscuit can be heard rattling around.
- “Sealed” PET Evaporated Irradiated Milk, hard object inside with oxidation and loss of metal on the tin. This is very dirty.
- Field Ration C Meat & Vegetable Hash tin, heavily oxidized with material loss, missing one lid.
A lovely lot of items, ready for further research and display.
