Original Items: Only Ones Available. This is a tremendous Vietnam War “Jungle Fatigue” coat, with a gorgeous period-applied Vietnamese-made Airborne Special Forces patch & scroll. The jacket is named to a Major/Lieutenant Colonel Cochran in the Special Forces, and is contract-dated 1967.

This tag denotes 1967 manufacture. The jacket bears a cloth Master Parachutist Badge over the US ARMY tape on the left breast. On the right breast is a nametape, COCHRAN, under a cloth South Vietnam Master Parachutist Badge, a great detail. Attached at the front flap is a great ARVN officer’s rank badge, attached with period plastic backing pins. An outstanding detail!
The collar bears a Major/LTC oak leaf and crossed rifles for infantry. There is a Vietnamese-made Airborne Special Forces patch & scroll on the left shoulder.
The jacket is in service-worn condition with tearing in the right sleeve.
