The items include:
- Navy cap tally reading “GREAT JAPAN IMPERIAL NAVY”. Heavy wear to the lettering.
- Pair of Private 1st Class Army collar tabs.
- Pair of Sergeant Army collar tabs.
- Single likely Corporal collar tab missing star. Heavy wear and mothing.
- Red Sleeve “Rating” patch - The red star insignia may denote a Mercenary. Not too much is known about the civilian insignia used during the war, making this a wonderful research project.
- Two piece Navy officer belt buckle, good gilt.
- Navy Seaman 1st Class black on white rating.
- Navy 1st Class rate with propellor.
- Small photo of 4 Japanese Navy sailors in uniform, two officers and two enlisted. Kanji written on the back.
- Small ovular metal tag with Kanji translating to Horizontal Building Number 145.
- Small wooden tag with Kanji characters over 1302. We could not translate it.
- Japanese Fire Department Long Service Medal
- Japanese Life Member of Red Cross Silver medal.
- Japanese Armed forces veteran’s lapel pin with star on front.
- Small medal planchet on ring with back translating to Hayabusa Unit 9866.
- Small Japanese enamel pin with yellow eagle over text, back is stamped 723.
