Original Items: Only One Available. This is an actual Luftwaffe Eight-Day Borduhr (Clock) from a German WWII Luftwaffe aircraft! It is missing the outer brass casing, so on the back is the spring that can be wound, and the clock still does work, though we are not sure how well. Additionally, the crystal is entirely gone. The face is well marked with maker KIENZLE and with Luftwaffe number Fl. 22602. The front of the clock indicates that it is 8 TAGE (DAYS) and that the serial number is 17082.
Condition is fair, but there definitely is some corrosion and wear. The timepiece is currently functional but may require some repairs in addition to a new crystal. This instrument was used in various aircraft of the Luftwaffe, such as the Ju52, Ar66, Ar68, Fw44, and Fw56. The clock is 3 1/2" in diameter and 1 1/2" deep.
A great piece of German Luftwaffe material, ready to add to your collection!
