Original Item: Standard infantry leather equipment at the close of the 19th century was either buff white or brown. Only Rifle Companies wore BLACK leather equipment. These are original turn of the century British black leather Sword Belts with S buckles (serpents), complete with two hanging straps and hook to hold the sword at waist level.
NOTE- Very rare, we have only a very few available. Offered in fair condition. This is a 100+ year old item. The patent leather is dry and will have cracks and imperfections on the surface of the leather.
