Original Remanufactured Items: This is a very nice display set, made up of an original stripper clip for the Legendary German Mauser Karabiner 98 Kurz (k98k), with a set of 5 dummy cartridges to fill it. The Mauser 98 Series of rifles were the standard Infantry rifles of the German military from 1898 up through WWII, with the K98k being the last variant fielded. From 1903 onward, this series of rifle was chambered for the 7.92×57mm Mauser (8mm Mauser) rimless cartridge, which was also the same cartridge used for ground-based German machine guns such as the MG08, MG34, and MG42.

Intended for display purposes, these rounds of fired 8mm Mauser rifle ammunition have spent primers and no propellant, and are assembled with gilding-metal (copper-like) colored bullets for a WWII look. They were made for display purposes and were not dimensioned for functioning through the action. Ideal for safe display with your k98k Mauser rifle collection.
