The binoculars are mostly functional, with the focus diopter on the left side working, while the right is currently stuck quite securely. Optics are mostly clear, and the left side has a very nice range reticle inside.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe binoculars bear the \u003cstrong\u003eTO KO\u003c\/strong\u003e marking for Tokyo Kogaku Kikai or Tokyo Optical, as well as their logo on the left side. They were a major producer of binoculars during WWII. The Binoculars also bear serial number \u003cstrong\u003eNo.7182 \/ J.E.S. ねち\u003c\/strong\u003e under the maker marking. The right side gives the specifications of \u003cstrong\u003e7 X 7.1°.\u003c\/strong\u003e, and measuring the lower lenses gives a diameter of 50mm, a standard size used during the war.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOverall condition is good and still retains the eyecup caps. The body has some cracking in the plastic, and objective lens extension plastic is completely missing. The original neck strap is also completely missing. It also does look like previously some attempts at repairs may have been made. The reinforced canvas carry case is in excellent condition with serviceable straps.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eApproximate dimensions are 8\" x 9\" x 4\".
