The frame contains Park’s Marine Corps honorable discharge certificate together with a particularly unusual certificate commemorating his participation in the formal surrender of Japanese military forces at \u003cb\u003eTsingtao, China, on October 25, 1945\u003c\/b\u003e.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe frame measures \u003cb\u003e16 ⅛ x 25 ⅛” \u003c\/b\u003eand has some damage as shown, with dirt accumulation and heavy paint chipping to the frame itself. There is also much of the backing paper missing.
