The coconut measures roughly 12 x 7 x 6”, and is in great shape for its age. The soldier used nails to affix the mailing label to the coconut, making for a very interesting display piece. Looking at where the 3rd Marine Division was near the end of the war, this coconut likely came from Guam, but we cannot be certain.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis is a fantastic souvenir that will make a fine addition to any USMC collection.
