Original Item: One Only. This is an outstanding unissued example of the very scarce U.S. issue Thompson Sub Machine gun sling. This sling is a shorter version of the "Standard Kerr Extension Gun Sling" issued for the 1903 Springfield rifle. When properly attached, the sling has multiple length configurations, and is fully adjustable depending on how the Thompson was being held.

This example is constructed of tan colored webbing with all blued steel hardware. Many manufacturers used blacked brass, but there were also some that used steel The canvas is in very good condition, with no fraying and just a bit of storage wear rust staining and dirt. The hardware is fully functional, with the springs working and all parts included.

Designed to fit all U.S. military Issue Thompson used in WW2 be they M-1928A1 or M1/M1A1 models. This is the perfect sling to complete any WW2 Thompson Military Collection.
