The mission resulted in \"no curtailment of overall product output\".\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis is a very interesting plaque with an original metal fragment taken from a B-24 Bomber that were shot down over Ploesti during the raid on August 1st, 1943. The piece itself measures roughly 1 ⅛ x 3 ¾”. There were 50 of these plaques made with the material, and this one is numbered 7\/50.
