The driving band is broken as shown but looks to have been glued back on, but there is still a section missing.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe VT (variable time) fuze is widely regarded as second only to the Manhattan Project in terms of bringing technological advantage to the Allies in World War II.
