The frame is missing its glass, but otherwise is in great condition. The poster has basic fold markings but otherwise looks good.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe frame measures 23¼ x 34¼” and the poster is in fantastic condition. The only issue is that the glass is missing, but this can be replaced. The savings bond wasa issued to Mr. Clair Francis Burton of West Chester, Pennsylvania.
