The flag is in overall fair condition with heavy wear and holes across its length. The flag is multi-piece, where the stars and anchor are separate pieces of fabric. The flag has a great overall look despite the heavy damage. There are some minor repairs, including the end of the flag being folded over and stitched, likely to reinforce the edge.
