It shows very little sign of being used, with just a bit of wear on the interior. It is marked\u003cstrong\u003e SEARS 1942 \u003c\/strong\u003eon the back, and embossed U S in an oval on the flap, indicating that this was a military issue holster. Someone has stamped a \u003cstrong\u003e2 \u003c\/strong\u003eover the maker’s mark.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe leather body of the holster is a lovely honey brown, while the belt loop \/ clip holder has just a bit of age staining from the clip. All stitches still intact, all brass parts still present with a small bit of verdigris, and a steel WWII style belt clip. The leather is still supple as well, and the leg tie down is still intact!
