Between the paint and the partial number on the insert, \u003cstrong\u003e2032695\u003c\/strong\u003e, this puts the date of manufacture some time between 1942-1946. A lot of zippos from this time period were stamped with 203695 which was a factory error, fortunately this one has the full number. The lighter still retains a wick and a strike wheel, but it does not spark and there is oxidation as shown.
