Original Item. Only One Available. This is a lovely & hard-to-find WWII Enlisted garrison cap for a soldier in the Airborne Infantry, that being either the Parachute Infantry or Glider Infantry. There is a period-applied Paratroop/Glider patch on the left side, with great blue infantry piping on the cap.
The sweatband of this example is entirely torn apart with very little of it retained. The original tag is intact and notes the size as 7¼.
