Over the left breast pocket is a 3-place ribbon bar with the Distinguished Flying Cross, Air Medal with four Oak Leaf Clusters, and the European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign medal with three stars. Over this is a great set of Sterling or Sterling-plated pilot’s wings.
