The flags are both printed single-piece constructions, with one having a header and grommets. There are no maker’s labels present on either flag.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe smaller flag without a header is the scarce “Staggered” star design, which was authorized for a very short time before World War I, making this a very scarce example. There are few flaws with this one besides some small tearing near the corners.
