The back of the lid has a fantastic list of “Army Chow” to include “Monkey Meat” and “Corned Willy”. This is an outstanding set!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe mess kit retains all three utensils inside, though the knife’s blade is heavily oxidized and pitted. It is marked\u003cb\u003e RIA 1917\u003c\/b\u003e, while the fork and spoon are both marked \u003cb\u003eWB\/W 1918\u003c\/b\u003e.
