A Marine tank commander serving in Vietnam in 1968 noted his unit was frequently supplied with older stocks of C-rations, complete with early 1950s dates on the cans.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis is a very nice display case of a C-Ration put together by a collector for display. There are labels on some of the items and a C-Ration box “cutaway: to show the interior of the box. The crackers are out of their case and have been glued together for display. The case measures 17½ x 11¾ x 4½” and is very crude in design.
