The National Recovery Administration (NRA) portion was widely hailed in 1933, but by 1934 business opinion of the act had soured.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis is an outstanding \u0026amp; scarce banner for the National Recovery Act, hung in the building or business which had become a member of the NRA. The banner depicts the Blue Eagle with outspread wings clutching a gear and electrical bolts, which was a symbol used in the United States by companies to show compliance with the National Industrial Recovery Act.
