Arizona, which sustained a bomb hit near turret II, which resulted in the forward magazine detonating, effectively destroying the ship. The bombs during the attack and subsequent explosion killed 1,177 of the 1,512 crewmen on board at the time, approximately half of the lives lost during the attack. The Arizona was not salvaged, and 15 years later a memorial was built over the sunken remains of the ship, which is now this bit of history got out of the water.\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"Original Items","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":32052180451397,"sku":"ONSV9535","price":995.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":false}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/1524\/1342\/products\/ONSV9535_08.jpg?v=1611935721","url":"https:\/\/www.ima-usa.com\/products\/original-u-s-navy-1920s-uss-arizona-photo-album-and-1906-uss-raleigh-yokohama-japan-photo-album","provider":"International Military Antiques","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
