This is a lovely Korean War Era USGI M13 Canvas cover for the 1919A4 Browning Machine Gun. It is in the correct OD Green #7 color introduced late in WWII, and possibly could be WWII remarked, but is most likely Korean War era production. The M1919A4 was in service for decades, and saw extensive use in WWII and Korea, and continued in service through the 1960s. These covers were designed to protect the gun while in transport, and even have a leather \"boot\" on the bottom to accommodate the pintle when it is attached.
