It includes the barrel jacket mounted carry handle, often fitted to the M1919A4 as well, and an original military issue M191A6 bipod, which mounts directly to the barrel jacket, and can be adjusted in regards to how close to the muzzle it is. We believe this particular version was often used by Israeli forces.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eCondition of both is very good, and they are fully functional, ready to mount to your Browning!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe M1919A6 was an attempt to provide US forces with a more portable light machine gun, similar to the German MG 34 and MG 42 machine guns that they were facing. The M1919A6 had a metal buttstock assembly that clamped to the backplate of the gun, and a front barrel bearing that incorporated both a muzzle booster and a bipod similar to that used on the M1918 Browning Automatic Rifle (BAR). A lighter barrel than that of the M1919A4 was fitted.
