The grenade is in compliance with the BATF guidelines and regulation on owning inert ordnance and is \u003cstrong\u003enot available for export.\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis example is in good condition and retains much of its paint, but there is moderate wear across with some bubbling in the paint on the shaft. It is maker-marked on the top of the head with\u003cstrong\u003e 308 in a diamond\u003c\/strong\u003e. This example is missing the fragmentation sleeve, which happens often as they are loose and can fall off. It measures roughly 7½” long.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe RGD-33 was used by Soviet forces before and during World War II but was mechanically complex and comparatively demanding to manufacture. Simpler grenade designs increasingly supplemented and replaced it during the war, although the RGD-33 continued to remain in service and is documented in use beyond the early phases of the German-Soviet conflict.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis example is particularly interesting for the combination of its original painted finish, intact RGD-33 head and handle assembly, 308-in-diamond factory marking, correct approximately 7½-inch dimensions, and completely inert condition.
