There are no real parts to this example and it is constructed entirely as a trainer round.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe SPG-9 Kopyo (СПГ-9 Копьё, “Spear”) is a Soviet 73mm tripod-mounted recoilless launcher developed as a portable infantry anti-armor weapon and accepted into Soviet service during the early 1960s.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe designation SPG derives from Stankovyy Protivotankovyy Granatomyot, referring to a mounted anti-tank grenade launcher.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe standard PG-9V ammunition consists of the PG-9 fin-stabilized anti-tank grenade together with its launching and propulsion components. After leaving the launcher, the projectile’s rocket motor increases its velocity in flight.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe PG-9 family was intended primarily for engaging armored vehicles, including tanks and self-propelled guns.
