The left side has a Red Star and Anchor inside a gold wreath, the emblem of the Naval chief of staff. The colors are retained very well ,and the material is in great shape, with the original hanging rope loops still present.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe reverse side of the flags header is marked \u003cstrong\u003e1990r,\u003c\/strong\u003e indicating manufacture in 1990.
