This example is offered in good condition with the cap and fuse housing intact, but the cover, pin and pull string are missing on this example. The top cap still unscrews so that the interior can be inspected. The fuse on this example is actually marked at the very bottom with a Japanese date: \u003cstrong\u003e5 六 十 昭.\u003c\/strong\u003e This marking is written right to left, and would be read: \u003cstrong\u003eSHOWA \u003c\/strong\u003e(current reigning emperor) \u003cstrong\u003eJuu-Roku Nen\u003c\/strong\u003e (16th year of reign - \u003cstrong\u003e1941\u003c\/strong\u003e) 5th month (\u003cstrong\u003eMay\u003c\/strong\u003e). The detonator tube can be pulled off of the fuse, showing that it is marked in Japanese with the delay length: \u003cstrong\u003e四 - 五 秒\u003c\/strong\u003e, which is read \"Yon - Go Byou\", or 4-5 Seconds. The first character is partly covered by the top cover. This example is also stamped \u003cstrong\u003e181 \u003c\/strong\u003ein white on the top of the body, with a symbol next to that.
